"I spent 2019 Thanksgiving weekend in the Northern part of Yellowstone. These 2 bull elk were bedded down in the snow. As I drove up to a pullout that was near them, they got up and started sparring. The sound of their antlers crashing together in the dead silence of winter was just absolutely amazing! I did get a cell video clip as well so that I will always have that sound to remember this by. Winter in Yellowstone is just stunning!" 

Pam received her first camera at the age of seven from her Aunt and Uncle who lived in New York. A lifelong love for the great outdoors and nature photography prompted a move from the East Coast to Colorado in 1996. She has many fond memories of her adventures throughout the Colorado Rockies. Captivated by the undeniable beauty and grandeur of The Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, Pam moved to West Yellowstone in 2008 to pursue her photography of our natural world. "It's all about being out there for me... every chance I get to be with my camera... to witness and photograph our extraordinary world... and to then be able to share that passion."
